All MBRDNA service Providers must ensure their personnel execute the appropriate MBRDNA Contractor Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) before performing any services. Please download the Agreement that corresponds to the state where the services will be performed:

Service providers must send all executed Agreements to procurement_mbrdna@mercedes-benz.com unless otherwise instructed.
